Pacific Lakes offers resort-style living with carefully curated facilities and amenity. You can decide to be as active and as social as you like. Take a walk around the beautiful lakes, relax with a book in the winter garden, enjoy a game of pickleball or bowls, catch up with friends for drinks in the lounge bar or enjoy a concert in the grand village hall.

The stylish Sumich Chaplin-designed Lake House is the first community precinct. With sweeping decks and a barbecue area overlooking the lakes, offering a fabulous community hub for events, activities and socialising.

Pacific Lakes Village offers a wide range of leisure and activity facilities – including a full-size green-weave bowling green, pétanque and pickle ball courts.

The village’s main community facility, The Pavilion, will be positioned on the lakes edge. This impressive building will house an eatery, lounge bar, library, art studio, village hall and a wellness suite.

Pacific Lakes will not only have its own extensive facilities, but additionally benefit from a reciprocal arrangement with Pacific Coast Village, whereby some facilities can be accessed by residents of both villages. Patronage is regularly monitored to ensure the enjoyment and use of the respective village residents is preserved.

Village Common

The Village Common area is a great little addition to the resident amenities at Pacific Lakes Village.

The Village Common provides a tranquil park setting with bench seating and planting, it houses a Winter Garden Atrium and a Community Garden.

Winter Garden Atrium
The glass atrium within the Village Common is a little garden sanctuary and a lovely space to enjoy throughout the year.

The Atrium has been designed as a space for residents to use at leisure. Whether it be to enjoy a cuppa with a neighbour and friend, organise a self-catered small gathering or meeting or simply to spend time by yourself.

The Atrium has an island bench with a sink, a zenith hydro tap which includes instant boiling water, and a small fridge. This has been designed to enable residents to have access to a small, self-catered area whereby hot and cold refreshments can be enjoyed.

Community Garden
The community garden provides a further opportunity for keen gardeners and interest groups. There are four raised garden beds, a green house and a garden shed for tools. Spring is the perfect time to get the community garden organised and planted.
